Eighty-two percent of executives polled said they planned to use AI technologies within three years, and 79 percent of those making the most use of AI said they expect their employees to be comfortable working with robots by 2020.
So where can these cloud capabilities eventually take the CIA? Artificial intelligence and machine learning are on the horizon. “We’re taking those databases that exist about YOU, the data that’s already there, the data that is structured and unstructured, and some data that’s being created, and aggregating that data very, very quickly in the cloud environment to build a digital signature.”
REMEMBER
Last session we discussed, Robotics … and even Cyborgs―real humans integrated with machines―and how the ideal AI robot would be a replication of the human thought process: a man-made robot with human intellectual abilities. This would include the ability to learn just about anything, the ability to reason, the ability to use language and the ability to formulate original ideas.
INTRO TO THIS SESSION (PART 4)

Human brains age. Some theorize that a computer brain would provide a physical system that could maintain itself indefinitely. In Dan Simmons’ Hyperion series, future human society is under the coordination of a collective of advanced AI’s that monitor the technological workings of the vast human galactic civilization.
I believe that the antichrist—the Beast—the coming Global Governance Leader will not only control—but, also, monitor—the global populace through Information Technology accessed and utilized by Artificial Intelligence. Artificial intelligence (AI) is the branch of computer science that deals with the simulation of human intelligence and behavior in computers. However, this brings to light a reflection concerning “brain tampering” and AI … as to “What it means to be human?”

BUT … what about when the reverse takes place? >>> When AI is downloaded [transferred] into a human brain—Brain Machine Interfacing, or BMI. <<< (We will study this in a later session.) AND … what about when “other” areas of the brain-machine are affected?
Patricia Scripko, a neurologist and bioethicist at the Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System in California, says: "I believe that what is specifically human is held within the higher cortex. If you modify that, then you are not the same human and you should question whether it is ethical.
A brain–computer interface (BCI), sometimes called a neural-control interface (NCI), mind-machine interface (MMI), direct neural interface (DNI), or brain–machine interface (BMI), is a direct communication pathway between an enhanced or wired brain and an external device. BCI differs from neuromodulation in that it allows for bidirectional information flow. BCIs are often directed at researching, mapping, assisting, augmenting, or repairing human cognitive or sensory-motor functions.
Research on BCIs began in the 1970s at UCLA under a grant from National Science Foundation followed by a contract from DARPA. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is an agency of the United States Department of Defense responsible for the development of emerging technologies for use by the military.
